🛠️ Linux installation

Sign in to the local Linux desktop as the user who will run TeamLogger, open a terminal, and run:

Important: Do not prefix the installer command with sudo. The installer requests sudo or doas only when package installation needs administrator access.

  • Requirements: Bash, wget, internet access, sudo or doas access, and a 64-bit x86_64 or ARM64 operating system
  • Supported systems: Debian/Ubuntu-family systems using apt and RPM-family systems using dnf, yum, zypper, or rpm-ostree. Arch/Manjaro and Alpine are not supported by this DEB/RPM release
  • Reboot: Not required with apt, dnf, yum, or zypper. rpm-ostree requires a reboot for its staged deployment, which the installer reports but never performs automatically
